The Gulf Aluminium Council (GAC) is a coordinating body that represents, promotes, and protects the interests of the aluminium industry within the Gulf.

Aluminium is made from bauxite ore, a reddish-brown material refined into alumina, a white powder which is then processed through an electrolytic process to become aluminium.
